1. Services and AI Usage

Run Wild provides a fully autonomous AI-powered sales system. By using our Services, you acknowledge:

  • Autonomous Agency: Our AI initiates prospect communications on your behalf.
  • Accountability: You are responsible for all content sent via your connected integrations.
  • Compliance: You must comply with local communication laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).

2. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with your existing sales stack, including Slack, Pipedrive, and Telnyx.

You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with these providers and adhering to their respective terms and policies. Run Wild is not responsible for the performance or policies of these external services.

3. Payments and Billing

Subscribing to Run Wild constitutes an agreement to our billing terms:

  • Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through Stripe's secure gateway.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Run Wild retains all rights to its proprietary algorithms, software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to utilize the Platform for your business operations. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our software is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run Wild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination and Law

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
